Thank you for choosing me for your beauty needs. I value your trust and look forward to helping you look and feel your best. Please take a moment to review my policies before booking an appointment to ensure we’re a great fit for one another.

 

Booking & Appointments

• Confirmation Process: Appointment confirmations are sent on a weekly basis.

• Appointment Details: Prior to your appointment day, you’ll receive an email or text with the exact address and detailed instructions.

• New Clients: I make it a priority to reach out to all new clients beforehand to address any questions or concerns you may have.

 

Late Arrivals

• A 14-minute grace period is given, but you must still contact me ahead of time if you anticipate being late.

• For arrivals between 10-14 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied to your final bill.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the service cost will be charged. This balance must be paid before rebooking.

 

Service Policies

• Weaving Services:

• Hair is not included. If you need bundles or clip-ins, please purchase them online at least 3-5 business days prior to your appointment.

• Color Services:

• All color services are a la carte, meaning they do not include shampoo or styling.

• Mandatory Consultations: If you’re booking color or weaving services, a consultation is required prior to your appointment (except for dark browns, blacks, or semi-permanent colors). This ensures we achieve your desired results and meet your expectations.

 

Booking Instructions

• Be sure to book all services you’ll need for the day of your appointment. If you’re unable to add them, please include these details in the notes section.

• Example: If you book a Silky Press & Cut service but also need a protein treatment, indicate this in the notes (e.g., “Please add a protein treatment”).

• Do not book shampoo-only services and request additional services in the notes section (e.g., adding a Silky Press). This disrupts the schedule and may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
